We are excited to share that PARD is on the final stages of planning our new playground and pavilion for Balcones Park. The General Permit and funding has been approved for the playground and pavilion, so the next steps are finalizing the design, finding the contractor and then starting the build. The goal is to see the build begin before the start of the new year.
So Thank You for taking the time to once again share your input! The purpose of this survey is to gather feedback on two different designs that have been submitted for the playground. One of the two will be chosen for the project. The project location will be in the same location as the current playground and will be a multi-stage build with one of the playgrounds pictured below and pavilion being included in this stage and elements on the hill coming in the future.
So please take a moment and provide us your feedback on these two playground designs. The survey will close on Thurs. Oct. 3, 2019 so please spread it to any and all that you know who use the park, playground or would use the pavilion. The survey should take approximately 5-10 minutes.
